We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator / Bakery Associate to join our growing team and help make celebrations extra special for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods according to customer orders and store standards
- Create custom designs, messages, and themes for birthdays, weddings, and other occasions
- Prepare, bake, and finish bakery items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety guidelines
- Assist customers with bakery orders, recommendations, and special requests
- Stock and rotate bakery displays to ensure freshness and visual appeal
- Collaborate with bakery team to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous cake decorating experience preferred (professional or home-based)
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
