Everlasting Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to adults in a licensed group home setting. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and uplifting environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Provide daily care and supervision to residents in accordance with individual service plans

Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
-
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and community engagement
-
Document care, behavior notes, and incident reports accurately and timely
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
-
Follow all state regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements
-
Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and management
Requirements
-
Arizona Certified Caregiver License (Required)
-
Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
-
Current CPR/First Aid certification
-
Must show proof of freedom from TB before client contact
-
Provide and maintain current Food Handlers Certification
-
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (preferred for transport duties)

Clear the Department of Economic Security, Department of Aging and Adult Services Central Registry Background Check
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility as needed

Strong work ethic, reliability, and compassion for individuals with special needs
