Weekend Schedule
This position is designed for people who want to work weekends and keep their weekdays free, or for those looking to supplement another job.
- Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM
Clinical Supervision is held every other Friday from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
What You'll Do
No two weekends are the same. You'll help create experiences that kids actually look forward to.
You will:
- Mentor children and adolescents with behavioral health needs.
- Teach life skills, communication, emotional regulation, and independence.
- Lead engaging groups and activities.
- Prepare meals alongside clients and teach everyday living skills.
- Take clients on fun community outings and recreational activities.
- Help build confidence, friendships, and healthy relationships.
- Create a safe, structured, supportive environment where kids can succeed.
You won't be doing this alone.
Every home is staffed by two Behavioral Health Specialists, with no more than eight clients, so you'll always have another team member beside you.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years old as required by ADHS.
- Possess or be eligible to obtain an Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Have a valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a pre employment drug screening.
Applicants must also meet one of the following educational or experience requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a social science field.
- Associate degree in a social science field and two years of full time behavioral health experience.
- High school diploma and four years of full time behavioral health experience.
- Four years of full time behavioral health experience.
Training is provided for all new team members.
