American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for a community hospital surgical services unit requiring 2+ years of experience and NH state licensure.

Inpatient community hospital setting with a wide range of surgical specialties including general, GYN, urology, colorectal, bariatrics, ortho, neuro, plastics, vascular, podiatry, breast, and ENT

Night shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Sunday-Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Patient population includes adults and adolescents, with pediatric experience preferred

Float to ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) required

Epic charting experience preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist required
-
Community hospital experience required
-
BLS certification required
-
ACLS certification preferred
-
NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist credential required
-
NH state license required (license required if applicable)
-
Scrubbing experience and aseptic technique proficiency required
-
Experience in general, ortho/total joints, urology, endo/laparoscopic, vascular, neuro/spine, and GYN surgery cases required

Podiatry and ENT surgical experience required
-
Experience with labor and delivery-related GYN procedures required, including abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy, D&C, and laparoscopic/robotic-assisted GYN procedures

Trauma setting experience preferred

Sterilization/disinfection skills preferred
-
Bariatrics and plastics surgery experience preferred
-
Experience with Davinci XI, Cori, and MAKO robotic systems preferred
-
CVOR case experience preferred, including carotid endarterectomy and femoral popliteal bypass graft
-
Only candidates holding an active NH, CO, VA, WA, or IL license will be considered

First-time travelers accepted

Perform scrubbing duties and maintain sterile technique across a broad range of surgical specialties
-
Support surgical teams in general, orthopedic, urologic, vascular, neurologic, gynecologic, podiatric, and ENT procedures
-
Assist with robotic-assisted surgeries when applicable
-
Adhere to unit-specific floating requirements, including floating to the ASC
-
Candidates who have previously worked at any facility associated with this health system, regardless of duration or time since separation, will not be considered

Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced local rate

Drug screen must be completed within 14 days of start date
