Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and schematics.
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe replacement, water system troubleshooting, and plumbing system maintenance with precision.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide installation and repair projects.
- Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to commercial driving regulations; manage heavy lifting and assembly tasks on-site.
- Conduct remodeling projects involving plumbing fixtures or systems; collaborate with carpenters and HVAC technicians when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions professionally, and ensuring client satisfaction during service visits.
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with residential and commercial plumbing projects.
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with construction plumbing techniques including remodeling, assembly, HVAC integration, and heavy lifting.
- Knowledge of local building codes and plumbing inspection procedures to ensure compliance during installations or repairs.
- Hands-on experience with drain cleaning tools, plumbing inspection cameras, hand tools, power tools, and schematics reading is highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; ability to perform heavy lifting safely is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with basic math proficiency; excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
