Job Description
The Kettle Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking specific food items using industrial kettles, ensuring all recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production processes are followed accurately.
Responsibilities

Measuring and mixing ingredients preciseley

Monitoring cooking times and temperatures

Performing quality checks to ensure consistency and safety

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Ensure the work area and equipment are cleaned and sanitize throughout and after each shift
Requirements

Must be able to read and follow recipes

Can work efficiently in a hot kitchen environment

Should be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with team members and supervisors

Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching

Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 20 lbs frequently
