We are a private practice in Spring, Texas, supporting teens, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our work is rooted in providing thoughtful, high-quality care through continued growth, self-awareness, and leading by example.
We are currently looking for an Associate Therapist who feels called to this work—someone who is compassionate, intentional, and committed to becoming the best version of themselves so they can offer the best care to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy to a diverse population
- Maintain a caseload of at least 20 clients per week
- Complete treatment plans and progress notes within 24 hours
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team
- Follow all ethical guidelines and company policies

Compensation:
$37–$82 per session*
*Rates vary based on session length (45 vs. 55 minutes), insurance vs. private pay, and licensure level.
