We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and hands-on Night Shift Dispatcher & Tank Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced operations team at Jacobs Petroleum Company. In this unique dual-function role, you will be the central hub of our night operations. You will divide your time between ensuring top-notch customer service and performing vital hands-on maintenance and service calls on our equipment. If you are a self-motivated problem solver who is just as comfortable managing logistics software as you are working with tools, this is the perfect role for you.
Shift: Nights (4 days/12 hours shifts)
Hours: 6:00PM - 6:00AM
Key Responsibilities
Tank & Equipment Maintenance
- Service Calls: Respond to and execute nighttime service calls on equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Electrical & Mechanical Troubleshooting: Work hands-on with various electrical systems, including 12v, 110v, 240v, as well as single and three-phase systems.
Administrative & Record Keeping
- System Management: Update and maintain dispatch software in real-time.
- Compliance & Paperwork: Maintain accurate logs, process required operational paperwork, and document all maintenance/service call actions.
