Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
- Answer questions about the office and direct calls.
- Answer patient's questions regarding insurance, payment options, and appointment scheduling.
- Schedule appointments.
- Provide telephone triage to patients with urgent dental concerns.
- Answer telephones using a pleasant tone of voice.
- Display professionalism.
- Assist dentist chairside
- Check insurance coverages and follow up on dental claims
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
