Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.

- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Handle food items with care, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent food service and catering for events.
- Utilize proper knife skills for meal preparation and presentation.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Background in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in food handling, preparation, and cooking within the food industry.
- Familiarity with catering services and meal preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of food safety practices.
