Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with animals and providing top-notch grooming services to pets.
Duties:
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
- Handle pets with care and ensure their safety and comfort during grooming sessions
- Trim nails, clean ears, and provide other basic grooming services
- Interact with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pet grooming or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements
- Strong animal handling skills and understanding of pet behavior
- Certification from a grooming school or relevant training is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with pet owners
