As an Early Childhood (Preschool) Director or Assistant Director (position based on qualifications and experience level), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young learners. Your leadership will guide our educational programs, fostering a nurturing environment that promotes growth and development for both children and staff. You’ll collaborate closely with a team to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring that our early childhood education center thrives while meeting the needs of our community.
What you’ll do
- Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for children.
- Foster strong relationships with families, providing support and resources to enhance their involvement in their children's education.
- Monitor classroom activities to ensure high-quality teaching practices are being implemented consistently
- Market the program and enroll new families to sustain and grow enrollment
Qualifications
- At least 2 years leadership experience in early childhood education or similar environments
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- EEC Director II qualifications
