Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic FOH Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, POS systems, and food handling, with a passion for the food industry and providing outstanding hospitality. This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary and customer service skills within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house area, including bussing tables and sanitation of workspaces
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Support other team members with various duties such as stocking supplies, washing dishes, side work, prep, etc.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurants is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be at least 18 years old and MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

Pay: $15.25 - $21.00 per hour
