VAST Renovations & VAST Air is a small owner-operated company doing lease turnovers, painting, flooring, drywall, handyman work, and HVAC service for property managers across Central Florida. We're hiring someone to make outbound calls and book us appointments.
What you'll do
- Call property management companies, HOAs, and commercial building owners
- Qualify them (how many units, who approves vendors)
- Book appointments on the owner's calendar
- Follow up by email and log calls in our CRM
You're not quoting prices or closing jobs — just getting us in the door.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable on the phone, doesn't mind rejection
- Clear communication, decent writing for follow-up emails
- Shows up consistently and works the list
- Phone sales or property management experience is a plus, not required
