The Opportunity
My Fit Foods is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to help lead our (scratch kitchen operating at manufacturing scale) meal production facility.
This role helps oversee a team of 5 employees in a high-volume food manufacturing environment..
Unlike many food manufacturing operations, we operate a true scratch kitchen. Our team prepares house-made sauces, trims and portions proteins in-house, and executes large-scale recipes using real culinary techniques. We are looking for leaders who enjoy working with skilled cooks and take pride in producing high-quality food at scale.
This is not a desk job and it is not a position where you stand back and supervise. Our Kitchen Managers work alongside the team every day preparing food, coaching employees, maintaining standards, and helping execute production.
Successful candidates are comfortable leading from the front, holding high standards, developing team members, and ensuring every meal leaving the kitchen meets company expectations for quality, consistency, and execution.
We are looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced operations, embrace accountability, and want to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
