We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Cashier to welcome guests, answer questions, and help them sign up for our exciting attractions. This multi-functional role includes front desk, lane attendant, arcade redemption, and other attraction areas. While team members are cross-trained in multiple areas, you will typically be assigned to a designated area each shift based on business needs. What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional guest service, both in person and over the phone

Help guests sign up for attractions throughout the facility, including bowling, golf simulators, and more

Make recommendations and inform guests about promotions, packages, and offerings

Process guest transactions promptly and accurately

Assist guests with finding their lane

Help guests enter names and information on scoring tablets

Assist with score corrections and troubleshooting

Assist guests with shoe rentals

Clear deadwood and dead balls from lanes

Help servers by clearing plates and glasses from lanes
- Clean and return bowling balls to racks

Clean tables, furniture, and lane areas throughout the shift

Assist guests with purchasing and registering game cards

Help guests select and redeem prizes

Stock and organize the redemption wall and counter

Ensure the game room remains clean, organized, and guest-ready

Keep redemption inventory neat, clean, and fully stocked

Check and clean bathrooms according to policy

Empty buss buckets throughout the shift

Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility

Complete any additional tasks delegated by management
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
Experience working in a Bowling Center a plus.
Experience working with POS systems a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Employment subject to successfully completing a Background Check and/or CORI Screening.
Minimum age of 18 years old.
Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours).
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
