Appointments may be booked in advance or scheduled the same day, and our team handles the logistics of coordinating and assigning bookings so you can focus on providing excellent patient care. We also support you with regular supply coordination to help keep your workday running smoothly.
We’re looking for nurses who are confident with IV placement and venipuncture, comfortable working independently, and able to make sound clinical decisions in the field. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly, attentive approach to patient care are essential

What the Job Involves
Once you select your shifts, you’ll receive visit notifications through our scheduling app. You’ll travel to clients’ homes in your personal vehicle, administer IV therapy, and then head to your next appointment.
Medications are pre-approved in coordination with our medical director. Supplies are received once per week.
Compensation
Our nurses typically complete 4–5 visits per day, averaging $110 per appointment. Sessions are usually about 45 minutes, and tips from clients are common. There’s no sales pressure or investment required — pay is straightforward and reliable.
Scheduling
You set your availability within our shift structure.
- Shifts: 8 to 12 hours, between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Typical: 4–5 appointments per shift
- Same-day scheduling may involve limited on-call periods
- Weekly availability is required

- Active RN license in Tennessee
- Excellent IV skills — clients should barely feel a thing
- Warm, professional bedside manner
- Reliable personal transportation
- Willingness to travel between client appointments
