Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping a business thrive? Capilia Madison is looking for an exceptional individual to help manage the daily operations of our growing specialty salon.
Capilia Madison is Wisconsin's premier non-surgical hair restoration salon, helping men and women regain their confidence through customized hair replacement solutions. We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating an outstanding client experience while keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Bookkeeping and administrative tasks (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Inventory management and ordering supplies
- Assist with marketing, social media, and special projects
- Support the owner with daily operations and business growth
The Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software
- Experience with bookkeeping, office management, or administrative support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and enjoys taking initiative
- A background in the salon, beauty, or wellness industry is highly preferred. A cosmetology license or cosmetology education is a plus but not required.
