Role summary:
As a
Senior Manager, Product Marketing on the Emerging Products team, you will shape the strategy and go-to-market approach for Walmart’s newest products, services, and customer experiences. You’ll connect customer needs, product capabilities, and business priorities to define compelling value propositions and drive successful launches, adoption, and scale. You’ll partner across Product, Marketing, and the business to influence product strategy and bring emerging capabilities, including AI and technology, to customers. As part of the
Emerging Products Product Marketing COE, you’ll also build frameworks and best practices that strengthen and scale product marketing across Walmart.

The Emerging Products team within Enterprise Marketing drives Walmart’s future by transforming customer needs and business opportunities into innovative products and experiences. This team focuses on a broad portfolio, including digital and physical innovations, AI-powered capabilities, and new commerce services. The Product Marketing Center of Excellence develops scalable frameworks and best practices to guide product positioning, launch, adoption, and growth. The team values entrepreneurial, collaborative, and forward-thinking professionals who thrive in ambiguity and are dedicated to delivering meaningful value through market research and strategic marketing execution.
What you'll do:
- Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for a portfolio of emerging products, services, and experiences.

Define customer value propositions, positioning, messaging, and audience strategies that drive adoption and growth.

Bring customer insights, market intelligence, and data into product strategy and roadmaps.

Build and scale the Emerging Products Product Marketing COE, developing repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.

Apply fluency in AI and emerging technology to products and product marketing.

Create compelling strategic narratives that influence senior stakeholders.

Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguity and moving fluidly from strategy to rapid execution.
What you'll bring:
- Experience bringing new products, services, or customer propositions from early-stage development through launch and scale.

Experience in one or more of the following areas: consumer technology, AI/Generative AI, digital products, retail, eCommerce, services, or emerging customer experiences.

Experience working closely with Product Management, Technology, Design, Data Science, Research/Insights, Operations, and Marketing organizations.

Experience building or scaling product marketing capabilities, operating models, or Centers of Excellence within a large organization.

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
