What we’re offering:
Full-time IT Business Analyst II position in Oklahoma City. Target salary $85-95,000 base determined based on experience and internal salary equity. Benefit package includes: free employee insurance, annual bonus incentive, company match 401k, generous paid time off, and voluntary benefits. This role has a hybrid work schedule, working 3 days a week in our OKC office, and 2 days a week remote. Local candidates will be prioritized. Sponsorship and relocation cannot be considered.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with business areas to identify and analyze business needs and requirements and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams for solution delivery.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical partners.
Document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
Create and maintain process maps to clarify current-state and future-state workflows.
Partner closely with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance technicians throughout the solution lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
An experienced business analyst who brings a structured, collaborative approach to problem solving and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of experience in business analysis, business operations, or a related field
3+ years of experience supporting application development projects, including business requirements and user story development
Experience in requirements elicitation, requirements documentation, and process mapping
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio or similar business analysis tools
Preferred: insurance industry experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
