Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Armed Security Supervisor with Baton, and pepper spray, to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to conflict management. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with established protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security risks and implement corrective measures.
- Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during incidents or investigations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the security industry is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
