Hourly Rate:
- Level I: $18.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience

Level II: $25.00-$35.00/hr., depending on experience
Location: RollaCuba, MO
Key Responsibilities:

Able to read blueprints and frame houses per plan
-
Assemble prefabricated/panel-built homes
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.

Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer atisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
-
1-3 years of experience for Level I position
-
4 + years of experience for Level II position
-
Strong leadership skills
-
Safety and production driven
-
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record

Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather

Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable

Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
