Warehouse Associate
Service Areas: Auburn, Kent, Renton, SeaTac, and Tukwila, WA
Employment Status: Full-Time
Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
Compensation: $20 - $28/hr, depending on experience
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. This position offers a hands-on environment where you will play a key role in organizing the facility, preparing orders for distribution, and managing inventory levels. Core Duties-
Process incoming freight by unloading shipments, checking manifests, and ensuring all goods are free of damage.

Utilize pick-lists or RF scanners to retrieve items and pack them securely to ensure successful delivery.

Support accurate inventory levels by performing cycle counts and replenishing stock to keep the facility running smoothly.

Prepare outbound shipments by labeling boxes, wrapping pallets, and loading trucks to improve overall logistics efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace by clearing debris like cardboard and pallets to help foster a safe environment for the entire team.
Essential Qualifications-
Prior experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is preferred, though we are open to training motivated candidates.

Must be capable of standing or walking for the entire shift and lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is considered a strong asset.

Demonstrate a commitment to safety by operating pallet jacks effectively; holding a Forklift Certification is a plus that may impact your pay rate.

Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and reliable attendance to ensure team success.
