American Fleet Services is seeking a self-starting, take-charge individual for our growing Collision Center Team. This driven individual will be responsible for providing all facets of auto and truck body repairs to new and existing fleet vehicles. In addition, this motivated individual will be required to hone his automotive and commercial truck body repair skills to meet the demands of a busy Collision Center.

Collision Center Body Repair Technician Job Duties:
- Provide both Collision and Body Repair to a wide variety of: Automotive , Vans, Pick Up Trucks, Fleet Trucks
- Knowledge of Parts Identification
- Estimate Review
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess an upbeat, professional attitude. You must have the desire to work as part of a team to reach company objectives and the ambition to succeed and grow with the company. The role demands that you be a self-starter who works work well under minimal supervision after the initial training period. Additional qualifications include:
- Repair Skills
- Parts Knowledge
- Great Communication Skills
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license with no less than 2 minor violations and 4 points.

Compensation:
This is an hourly based and commissioned opportunity with no limit on earning potential. Our customer base is well established and within a well-groomed territory.
