About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Technical Recruiter to become one of our first recruiting hires. You will work directly with founders and hiring managers to build exceptional engineering teams powering next generation AI infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced startup, takes ownership, and is excited to build recruiting processes from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Build outbound sourcing pipelines for AI, Infrastructure, Backend, and Full Stack Engineering talent.
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers on hiring strategy, role requirements, and interview processes.
- Create and improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, outreach campaigns, and candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics including response rates, interview conversion, pipeline health, and time to hire.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of Technical Recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting within a startup or recruitment agency supporting startup clients.
- Former founders transitioning into recruiting are welcome to apply.
- Experience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent.
- Experience hiring AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering talent.
- Experience building outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch.
- Experience using Ashby or a similar Applicant Tracking System.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with engineering candidates.
- Comfortable working in a fast moving, high ownership startup environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform well with ambiguity.
- Willingness to work on site in San Francisco five days per week.

- Agency recruiting experience with a proven ability to independently source technical talent.
