What You’ll Do

Run pre-set, company-provided appointments (no cold calling)

Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend HVAC solutions

Present financing and pricing options clearly and confidently

Close deals in the home

Manage your schedule and follow-ups effectively

Requirements

5+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC preferred)

Proven track record of closing high-ticket sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills
