Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participating and help managing all restaurant responsibilities as needed.
Be able to manage each point of service as needed.
Maintain supply Inventory.
Schedule, set up, deliver and break down all corporate catering events.
Help Chef with menu planning and execution.
Must have ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Must have culinary skills and experience. Prior Management experience a plus.
