Join a respectful, stable team as a Full‑time Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for day to day oversight of Transportation Operations across multiple locations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant delivery of services. This position directly supervises CDL drivers, dispatch personnel, and daily route operations while maintaining high standards for safety, customer service, operational performance and regulatory compliance.
Minimum qualifications
- License: Valid Class A
- Minimum of 1 year verifiable of CDL driving experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Supervisory experience in Transportation or Logistics
- Availability: Able to work Full time, Weekend, Holidays, and On Call Support
- High School Diploma or GED, College Preferred
- Knowledge of DOT/ FMCSA regulations
- Experience with Dispatch, Routing, Microsoft office, and Telematics
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise transportation operations across multiple locations
- Oversee CDL Drivers, dispatchers, route assignments, scheduling, and staffing
- Monitor route performance, productivity, and customer service
- Coaches, trains, evaluates, and disciplines employees
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and customer complaints
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle availability
- Review payroll exceptions, attendance, PTO, and operational reports
- Serve as operational support by driving commercial vehicle when needed
