Job Functions

Meat and Chicken preparation.

Making sausage.

Receiving loads off of transportation trucks and stacking the loads properly.

Grinding and cutting meat.

Wrapping meat and replenishing the counter display.

Ability to adapt to additional skills, duties, and responsibilities that are asked of the employee.
Requirements

Must be 18 Years of Age or Older

Able to Lift 40 lbs/Push or Pull 100 lbs

Able to stand for 5 hours

Able to use knives, slicers, ovens, and other machinery to complete tasks
