Job Title: Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM)
Location: Rochester, NH 03867
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week | 8 Hours/Shift
Duration: 13 Weeks | Temp to Perm Opportunity
Specialty: LTC / Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and provide leadership within a Skilled Nursing Facility environment. This role focuses on delivering quality resident care, supervising nursing teams, and ensuring compliance with facility standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery according to care plans and facility policies
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per regulations and standards
- Monitor resident conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy teams
- Conduct patient rounds and address resident and family concerns
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support staff performance and maintain efficient unit operations
Requirements:
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Active BLS Certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card required
- Minimum 0–2 years RN experience preferred
- SNF or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of LTC regulations and compliance standards
