We are in search of a 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate will receive and put away product and pick and ship orders.
This is a Union Position. Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement the starting pay for this position is $21.00/hr. plus overtime and pay differential opportunities. Warehouse Workers who become Certified Forklift Operators after hire are eligible to receive an additional $1.40 per hour on full shifts when they operate the forklift
Responsibilities Include:
- Receive and put away inbound receipts from vendors.
- Pick outbound orders.
- Provide general warehouse labor support.
- Visually inspects products for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department.
- Pack items in designated carton per customer orders.
- Place identification labels on outbound shipments.
- Report discrepancies to supervisor.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Be able to do basic math.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift frequently up to 15-35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Warehouse experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
- Forklift, reach trucks and other D/C equipment operation experience preferred, but willing to train.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, work is regularly performed while standing, sitting, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to frequently lift up to 15-35lbs, occasionally lift up to 50lbs.

The pay range for this role is $21.00 an hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
