Motorsport Fabricator / Master Welder (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Our in-house team designs and manufactures custom engines, turbo systems, roll bars, transmissions, exhaust systems, and complete performance packages for exotic and race vehicles.
We are looking for an experienced Motorsport Fabricator / TIG Welder who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and can work independently from concept to finished product.
What You'll Do
- Design, fabricate, and build one-off custom motorsport components.
- Perform exceptional welding on Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Titanium.
- Independently design and manufacture custom parts without detailed instructions.
- Develop practical, innovative solutions for unique fabrication challenges.
- Build intake manifolds, turbo systems, exhaust systems, intercooler piping, brackets, tanks, roll bars and other custom components.
- Work closely with our engine builders and tuning department to create high-performance solutions.
- Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, fit, and finish.
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding welding skills are mandatory.
- Extensive experience welding Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Titanium.
- Ability to independently design and fabricate custom components from scratch.
- Strong mechanical understanding and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with motorsports, race cars, or high-performance automotive fabrication is highly preferred.
- Ability to read drawings or create your own fabrication plans when necessary.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail and pride in producing world-class work.
- Quality over quantity mindset.
Our Shop
You'll have access to a fully equipped metal fabrication department, including professional welding equipment, fabrication tools, machining equipment, and everything needed to build exceptional custom components.
