Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary information for accurate estimating; measurements, photos, drawings and designs.
- Prepare estimates, ensuring clarity in pricing and scope of work.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and correspondence related to the projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in some or all of the following medium to large types of projects: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, roofing, siding, fencing, flooring, patios, decks and new additions.
- Strong knowledge of home improvement construction principles and practices.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in pricing and cost control.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
