Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Promote exceptional clinical quality and resident satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, census growth, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, reimbursement, budgeting, and healthcare operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success improving quality measures, employee engagement, occupancy, and financial performance.
