Overview
We seek a strong leader, adept communicator, and highly skilled Journeyman or Master electrician to lead install teams on residential and commercial PV/BESS projects.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and QC the installation of PV and battery storage systems on various construction sites
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications, to guide the installation processes
- Proactively perform job takeoffs and submit Bill of Materials to Logistics Department for procurement.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 standards, and electrical safety procedures
- Coordinate with Logistics, Documents, and Customer Experience teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system testing to verify proper operation of PV and battery systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely while adhering to OSHA regulations
- Oversee roof penetrations, fixture installation, and outdoor electrical connections in diverse environmental conditions
Qualifications
- Consistently nice, happy person with a can-do attitude.
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician (or better) license.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record.
- Experience and certification in at least a couple of distributed energy systems, including but not limited to Enphase, Tesla, Sol-Ark, Duracell, Lunar, SolarEdge, EP Cube, and others.
- Proven skills as a PV/Battery electrician with deep experience both on the roof and on the wall.
- Skilled problem solver and system troubleshooter.
- Strong leader with patience to teach and backbone to hold others accountable.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with NEC requirements for solar installations and NFPA 70E safety standards.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
