Duties
- Respond promptly to online inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing detailed information about vehicles and financing options.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects through outbound calls, marketing campaigns, and B2B outreach.
- Conduct virtual tours of vehicles, highlighting features that meet customer needs while emphasizing value-added upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers, ensuring deal closing while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, ensure accurate vehicle listings, and optimize inventory control strategies.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into high-end sales.
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting special offers, new arrivals, and dealership events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
- Support the dealership’s outbound sales initiatives by cold calling potential clients and expanding our reach into new markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B (business-to-business) sales within the automotive industry or retail environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing in high-end or passenger car sales.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems is essential for tracking leads and managing the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette are required for engaging customers confidently.
- Previous dealership experience or automotive industry sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for automobiles is a plus!
- Organizational skills combined with retail math knowledge help manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to perform outbound calls, cold calling campaigns, and public speaking engagements confidently.
- Experience in sales team management or supporting inventory control enhances your candidacy further.
