Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments? We're seeking an enthusiastic Janitorial Cleaner to help maintain a professional banking facility where employees and customers feel comfortable, safe, and valued.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the bank, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces daily.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and replenish supplies.
- Ensure floors, windows, and fixtures are clean and presentable.
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards at all times.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a professional banking environment, including lobbies, offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and other common areas.
- May require working before or after normal banking hours to minimize disruption to customers and staff.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, dust, and other janitorial materials while following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Frequent interaction with bank employees, customers, and visitors in a professional setting.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and stretch for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and other janitorial tools.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights when necessary.
- Manual dexterity to handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and physically demanding tasks throughout the work shift.
- Must be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
