Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Touch Bistro or Toast
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness by pre bussing tables, and ensuring sanitation standards are met
- Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining environments
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or guest services enhances your candidacy
- Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
