The Loren at King Street is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Concierge / Resident Services Coordinator to join our luxury residential team.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist residents and their guests
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
Arrange restaurant, transportation, and entertainment reservations
Respond promptly to resident requests and amenity bookings
Coordinate with management and vendors to ensure resident satisfaction
Maintain a polished, professional presence in the lobby and common areas
Perform additional concierge and resident service duties as needed
Qualifications
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Friendly, positive, and energetic personality
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a luxury residential environment
Reliable transportation is required
Previous concierge, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or customer service experience is preferred
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience
Independent contractor (1099) position
