Work Schedule (Must Be Available)
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 40 hours per week

Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Answer incoming phone calls and route appropriately
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle payments accurately
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory
- Replenish shelves and maintain organization
- Prepare prescriptions for pickup and delivery
- Maintain strong attention to detail
- Escalate customer concerns professionally
- Maintain clean and safe workspace
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and POS knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn pharmacy workflow
