What You'll Do
- Support daily living skills to promote greater independence
- Help with time management and building healthy daily routines
- Encourage and assist with regular exercise and physical activity
- Accompany and support her in attending daily medical appointments
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience as a Community Habilitation worker or in a similar support role
- Prior Experience navigating Medical Appointments and Healthcare systems
- A patient, dependable, and caring approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage in a positive, respectful way
- Commitment to fostering independence
- Reliable attendance and a flexible, can-do attitude
Compensation
This position offers a competitive pay rate of $35 per hour.
Schedule
- 4-5 days per week
- 4 Hours per day, up to 8 hours per day
- Specific hours to be discussed based on her daily needs and appointments
