About the Role:
The Authorizations Specialist Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in managing and overseeing the authorizations team to ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests within healthcare or insurance settings. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while optimizing workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction. The supervisor will lead, mentor, and develop a team of authorization specialists, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and professional growth. Minimum Qualifications:
