Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Assistant Front of House (FOH) Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment. This role is responsible for assisting in managing staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily FOH operations including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner
- Support scheduling, shift coverage, and staff coordination
- Monitor staff performance and enforce company policies and standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure all side work and duties are completed correctly and consistently
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the FOH
- Communicate effectively with BOH and management team
- Help train and onboard new staff
- Step in to support service during busy periods when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar leadership role (required)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred but not required)
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $22.00 per hour
