What You’ll Do
- Lead by example on the sales floor: greet every customer, start friendly conversations, and deliver knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations: merchandising, inventory accuracy, cash/closeout, and opening/closing routines.
- Assist in training and coaching teammates to hit goals while keeping the vibe upbeat and welcoming.
- Own results: help set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store that showcases the latest gear.

- Passion for sports and fan culture across local, college, and pro teams (die‑hard or casual fan welcome).
- Prior success in direct, customer‑facing sales.
- Retail management or keyholder experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and self‑motivation.
- Organized and detail‑oriented; reliable with follow‑through.
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic cash handling; able to balance daily closeout sheets.
Schedule & Requirements
- Open availability for weekday mornings and weekends.
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willing to pick up shifts as needed to support the team.
