Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise, empathy, and a passion for patient-centered care to our multidisciplinary environment. This role is integral to coordinating and delivering advanced nursing care, promoting health, preventing illness, and managing complex cases with autonomy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, patient histories, and psychosocial evaluations.
· Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
· Develop, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care plans that align with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
· Prescribe medications, therapies, and medical devices in accordance with state and federal regulations and within the scope of licensure.
· Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to inform clinical decision-making and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
· Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies, ensuring understanding and adherence.
· Promote health and wellness by providing counseling and support for lifestyle modification, disease prevention, and risk reduction.
· Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff, students, and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
· Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and the implementation of evidence-based practice changes.
· Advocate for patient rights, safety, and well-being at all times.
· Attend and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and professional development events.
Qualifications
· Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of practice (required).
· Certification in specialty area (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology, Acute Care, Pediatric, etc.) from an accredited certifying body.
· Master’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program.
· Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an advanced practice role preferred.
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
· Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
· Proven commitment to evidence-based practice, patient advocacy, and lifelong professional growth.
· Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
· Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and related healthcare technologies.
· Undeterred by a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
