Responsibilities
- Administer aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and collagen biostimulators, with precision, safety, and attention to detail.
- Perform advanced skin treatments, including SkinPen® microneedling and medical-grade chemical peels.
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual goals.
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare recommendations, aftercare, and maintenance plans to optimize results.
- Create engaging social media content by showcasing treatment results, highlighting services, and sharing authentic client success stories that strengthen our brand and foster meaningful connections with our community.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and infection control standards.
- Stay current with the latest aesthetic techniques, products, certifications, and industry trends through continuing education.
Experience
- Current RN or NP license in good standing
- Minimum of 2-5 years of aesthetic injecting experience with an established client base and a demonstrated ability to retain and grow clientele.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, vascular anatomy, and the aging process to safely perform cosmetic treatments.
- Experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive facial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Understanding of aesthetic proportions, facial balancing, and full-face rejuvenation techniques.
- Knowledge of injection safety protocols, complication prevention, recognition, and management, including vascular occlusion and emergency response.
- Experience educating clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and maintenance plans.
- Ability to build strong client relationships through exceptional communication and personalized care.
- Experience with medical-grade skincare and creating customized skincare regimens to complement injectable treatments.
- Strong consultation skills, with the ability to ethically recommend treatments and products that align with client goals.
- Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Comfortable capturing treatment photography and contributing to social media content while maintaining client privacy and consent.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current on the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends.
