Classic Industries, the industry leader in automotive restoration parts and accessories for classic cars and trucks, is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead our inbound customer support team in Huntington Beach, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership for all daily call center operations, ensuring service levels, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.
- Set clear expectations and drive team accountability
- Develop, coach, counsel and support a high-performing customer service team
- Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and individual performance
- Provide ongoing feedback to employees to support performance improvement and development
- Lead the performance management processes, including informal coaching, formal warnings, and performance improvement plans (PIP)
- Evaluate staffing levels, scheduling, and workforce utilization to maximize productivity while maintaining service standards
- Foster a positive, engaged workplace by improving employee morale, communication, recognition, and career development opportunities
- Partner with Training and HR to ensure strong onboarding and employee development programs
- Provide regular performance reporting to management
- Enforce company policies and service standards
- Support continuous improvement in processes and customer experience
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of call center supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams
- Customer service mindset with a focus on quality and results
- Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience with call center systems, CRM tools such as HubSpot, or related software
- We use a proprietary in-house billing and invoicing software system
- Automotive parts, restoration, or enthusiast market experience is a plus

- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 10:00 - 3:00
