La Posta de Mesilla is currently interviewing hard working, dependable and professional Full time/ Part time BOH staff member to join our team.
What we are looking for:
- Dependable & Responsible
- Prepare and food menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
- Workspace cleanliness and organization
- Knows Prep Steps and has their Serve Safe.
- Assisting with Dishes on daily basis
- Maintain professional appearance, etiquette, and use of proper language
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Experience working on a grill top/ flat top or pantry position preferred.
- Weekend availability (Including Sundays)
- Great work ethic and attitude
- Works well in a Team environment.
- Punctual
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a back of house role within the food industry is preferred.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
