School Bus Driver (Part-Time ONLY Split AM/PM Shift) $22 per hour/$440 per week guaranteed
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To operate district multi-function activity buses in a safe, reliable and efficient manner to meet the needs of the district, the public and the customers served by the district.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years or older
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Meet all state (TEA) qualifications for school bus drivers
- Maintain a Commercial Driver License- Class A or B with PASSENGER & SCHOOL BUS endorsements REQUIRED
- Maintain a School Bus Driver Certification
- Ability to pass a Texas DOT Medical Examination preferred
- Must have acceptable criminal record and driving record
- Thorough knowledge of the Texas Pupil transportation laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Must be available to work the following schedule:
Monday - Friday
BETWEEN 6:00 am - 9:00 am
BETWEEN 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
This position is a part-time position with a split shift.

Salary: $22.00/hour guaranteed 4 hours daily
