Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
- Maintain a sterile environment by following aseptic techniques and adhering to safety protocols.
- Take dental X-rays, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Record patient medical histories and update electronic medical records accurately in Dentrix.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care, fostering a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in chairside assisting and general dentistry practices
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy
- Experience with 3D scanners
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and perform aseptic techniques
- Experience with X-ray procedures and vital signs monitoring
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
